Florida Attorney Andre Crenshaw Focuses Exclusively on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense

Practicing in the Miami and Broward County areas, Andre Crenshaw primarily represents hurt and injured individuals, along with their families and loved ones, in cases involving serious accidents and personal injury.  In fact, the majority of Mr. Crenshaw’s law practice today focuses on helping personal injury victims. 

However, as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Crenshaw also represents a select number of clients who are being investigated, or have been accused of -- or charged with -- crimes in either federal court or under Florida criminal law. 

Past Experience

Early in his legal career, Andre Crenshaw practiced law at a top insurance defense firm in Miami, Florida.  From this experience, Mr. Crenshaw gained insight into strategies used by insurance companies, their claims adjusters, and their insurance defense attorneys in defending Florida personal injury cases. 

Today, this behind-the-lines experience allows plaintiffs’ attorney Andre Crenshaw to deal with insurance company representatives in all types of personal injury cases, in order to maximize  monetary recoveries and settlements of insurance claims on behalf of his personal injury clients. 

Prior to founding the Crenshaw Law Firm, Mr. Crenshaw also practiced as an associate at a prestigious personal injury firm in Stuart, Florida.  This allowed him the opportunity to work with -- and against -- some of the very best personal injury and insurance defense lawyers in the country.

Founding the Crenshaw Law Firm in Miami Shores

Miami attorney Andre Crenshaw is a devoted advocate for injury victims and their families. 

After honing his legal skills with highly respected law firms by practicing law on both sides of the personal injury docket (i.e., from both a plaintiff’s perspective as well as that of the defendant), and gathering both invaluable experience and the ability to handle all types of personal injury cases, Miami attorney Andre Crenshaw founded the Crenshaw Law Firm. 

Andre Crenshaw established the Crenshaw Law Firm upon the principles of teamwork, discipline, preparation and strategy - all necessary elements in the successful resolution of any case.  

Community Involvement

Miami attorney Andre Crenshaw is active in local, statewide and national legal associations.  Mr. Crenshaw stays familiar with trends in the legal community, especially those focusing upon his chosen areas of practice:  personal injury law and criminal defense. 

Outside the practice of law, Mr. Crenshaw is committed to helping the less fortunate members of his community.  Over the years, he has been active in civic and social organizations, where he has volunteered, mentored and counseled many.
